Scope of work consisted of site clearing, soil erosion and sediment control improvements, and pratices and staging area construction; milling and overlay, bituminous concrete roads, DGA road improvements and incidental drainage, ditch and driveway construction, select excavation of Pleis tocene surficial soil and woodbury clay; 5.15 acre landfill construction with 60 Mil HDPE line, 18 inch to 60 inch thick clay liner, triplanar drainage composite, GCL drainage layer sand, 12-inch diameter leachate collection pipe, 4-inch thru 18-inch diameter HDPE manhole with pumps, force main, electric and control wiring and appurtenances; 6’x3’ concrete box culvert, 30”RCP, 12”-24” C.P.P. s torm water diversion, leachate collection manhole rehabilitation and other miscellaneous construction as indicated on drawings.

The project included the construction of wetlands, vernal pool habitats, riparian zone and tree planting, and other incidental work for mitigation of impacts for the Interchange 6 to 9 Widening Program.

Revel Casino-$53,718,206.00

Revel’s hotel tower is the tallest structure in Atlantic City and the second tallest in the state of New Jersey at 710 feet, and the second tallest casino tower in the United States.  Work performed included concrete foundation removal, 290,000 cubic yards of bulk excavation and backfill, steel sheet piling, excavation around 15,000 auger cast piles, six large tower mat foundations, each with an average of 4,200 cubic yards of concrete and 1,200 tons of rebar, 500 foundations in low-rise, podium and parking garage totaling 34,300 cubic yards of concrete and 3,000 tons of rebar.  The job was completed in just nine months.
